Bloodmobile Schedule

 Blood Services

The American Red Cross is the leading blood banking organization in the United States.  More than 120 hospitals in North Carolina and their patients depend on the Red Cross to supply them with blood and blood products.

It is easy to donate blood.  And, it is such a desperately needed product.  We still can’t manufacture blood.  The only way to have a safe and adequate supply of blood in the hospital when it is needed is for someone just like you to volunteer to donate a pint of blood.  You wouldn’t hesitate to save someone’s life would you?  That’s exactly what you do, every time you donate the “Gift of Life.”

You Can Give the Gift of Life

If you are at least 17 years old, weigh 110 pounds or more, and are in general good health you may donate blood every 56 days if you wish. It only takes about an hour for the entire donation process.
