You may register for a class over the phone or on the internet using a Visa or MasterCard, or, you can come by the Cleveland County Red Cross office at 1333 Fallston Road in Shelby or to our Kings Mountain branch office at 210 South Piedmont Ave. to complete the registration form and pay for the class. Advance payment is required for all classes. Registration is required so please register early – before the class is full.

You may choose to “challenge” a course (take the written test and the skill test without taking the full class). If the individual chooses to challenge a course and does not pass the review challenge, then he or she will be referred to the full course.

CPR for the Professional Rescuer
A 9 hour course designed for people who have a duty rdto respond to emergencies (Lifeguas, Nurses).
The full course is recommended for participants being certified for the first time.
A review course is an abbreviated course that reviews and allows practice of knowledge and skills before testing.
A review challenge is a competency testing of skills and knowledge with no allowance for practice or review with an instructor.
